Just stumbled on JT Pratt’s SEO blog and found a great article here “A Newbie’s Link Building Experience“. With all the generic SEO advice out there this is a refreshingly clear-cut, super-helpful post.
Most links were developed through finding & commenting on Top Commentator blogs, and then later on guest posting using something called the “Free Traffic System”. As such they’ll be fairly low profile but in quantity will add up, perseverance is the name of the game. Also features other newbies forays into link building and uses a great “case study” approach to how new sites can get off the ground with link building. Great.
